Blasch videos:
installation, testing and webinars

Films of precast parts going in, tests that show how they hold up, and recorded webinars on reformers and sulfur plants.

Fourteen videos with a topic of their own.
Each page says what you will see and what to take from it.

In short

Blasch videos show products being installed, tested and explained: StaBlox flue gas tunnels for steam methane reformers, VectorWall checkerwalls for Claus furnaces, ceramic and ProLok ferrules for waste heat boilers, CeraLoop channel furnace linings and InterLok crucible linings, plus thermal shock and drop tests and two recorded webinars. Each video has its own page with a summary and a link to the product it shows.

Seeing the sequence

A drawing shows what a part looks like, while a video of the installation shows who can set it, in what order and how long it takes, and that is what a turnaround plan is built from.

Short product films without a topic of their own sit on the product page they belong to. Papers and articles on the same subjects are collected in the technical library.

Frequently asked

Questions about the videos

Can I watch the videos without registering?

The video pages are being set up so that each film plays on its own page. Until then, a Blasch engineer can send any video on request.

Which video shows installation times?

The StaBlox installation and ferrule installation pages give field values from real plants, with the plant type and the year.

Are the webinars about Blasch products only?

They focus on furnace behavior first: how tunnels shape flue gas flow in a reformer and how checkerwalls affect a Claus furnace, then on the parts that address it.
